I haven't seen it in a while too... since it was in the theaters! But 45+ times viewing it has left each and every scene still etched in my mind! There's no experience in the world like watching a Zhang Ziyi movie on the big screen. Clearly, even watching CTHD at home can affect and move even the youngest of viewers. What a great film!

But was it even he's call to release just that in the DVD version? For all we know it might have been Sony's decision. I'll wait for the Director's Cut... or its Criterion Collection... but when will that come out? Who knows? I suggest you get it now, and then just buy off the new version later on. The greatest thing you'll ever learn is to love and be loved in return
